At this time, everyone and their mother has heard about the keto diet.
The ketogenic diet is one of the most popular eating patterns out right now. I can’t even count how many times I’ve been asked about my take on this diet!
When it comes to breakfast, two things I’m always recommending to my clients are:
• Add more non-starchy veggies
• Add more protein
I’ve been pretty successful at breaking some of my not-so-great habits in the past. For example, I’ve successfully stopped drinking Diet Coke and have dramatically reduced the time I spend in the sun.
