Watch me turn a handful prepped ingredients into 4 delicious and simple meal. If you crave variety or your household has different food preferences, this is a great way to meal prep.

For this meal prep, all you have to do is prep individual ingredients and combine them when you are ready to eat them. I’d suggest storing the individual ingredients in separate containers in the fridge, so that if you have family members with different food preferences, they can take what they’d like from each of the containers when creating a meal.

For the ingredients, I had 3 proteins (tofu, black beans and edamame), 5 veggies ( cabbage, carrots, broccoli, green beans and peppers), 3 starches (ramen noodles, wild rice and sweet potatoes) + flavour additions ( pineapples, hummus, balsamic vinegrette, salsa and teriyaki sauce).
