The weather is getting warmer (finally!) so I’m bringing you another minimal ingredient meal prep that works well for warmer weather – with sheet pan recipes that don’t require you to be hovering over the stove in sizzling heat, along with refreshing smoothies and hearty noodle salads. These recipes use a number of overlapping ingredients ( I only used a handful of different protein, veg and starches) to help keep the grocery list short, minimize food waste and save you money!
