Are you tired of food waste? Do you often find yourself buying ingredients for a recipe but only using part of them and find yourself throwing them away later? This meal prep is for you!
For this meal prep, I only used 3 different proteins (tofu, edamame and lentils), 2 starches (potato and orzo), handful of veggies (cauliflower, spinach and cabbage) + flavour enhancers like spices and sauces. I selected these ingredients because they are all versatile and can be made into a variety of different flavoured dishes. One of the keys to minimizing food waste is to select versatile ingredients and have a plan for those ingredients.
