Nicole created a meal plan that worked with my lifestyle and provided me with other tools to help me achieve my goals. All of her recipes were delicious and easy to follow. She is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field, but friendly and personable and makes you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Nicole Osinga to anyone who is thinking of making a lifestyle change or just needs help tweaking their diet. Thank you Nicole!

In spite of (because of?) unlimited access to nutrition information I’d become confused about what I should be eating and was in a rut. I’m in excellent health, and I like good-for-you food, but I was pretty unmotivated at the grocery store and in my kitchen. Based on the reco of a trusted friend, I approached Nicole with some very specific goals and lots of questions. We efficiently established that I am knowledgeable and motivated, but needed expert direction. Nicole was fantastic at providing clear goals and guidelines so I could relearn what good eating looks like. I relearned portion sizes and got back into hassle-free, healthy eating, losing 8 pounds in 8 weeks and improving my visceral fat rating. (Ask about visceral fat!) I believe that Nicole is an expert dietitian and that she would be really effective with a range of clients. She is well-equipped to “meet you where you are” in terms of your knowledge and interest

I’m really happy with Nicole’s excellent service – she is so easy to work with. Great approach to educating in a non-judgmental and common sense way. She took a lot of stress off of me when dealing with my child who is a picky eater.

I had three visits with Nicole and from the first meeting to the last was able to reach my goals while still addressing all other issues of concern such as overall nutrition, sports performance, and wellness. Nicole is both versatile and adaptive in meeting clients needs and goals. If she doesn’t have an answer she is quick to follow up with it. I like the fact that she was open to suggestions and consults often with her peers. The recipes were great and made the refining of overall nutrition goals enjoyable versus being a chore.

We had a great experience with Nicole. I contacted Nicole because my teenage daughter is a new vegetarian and I wanted to make sure she was eating a balanced and adequate vegetarian diet. Nicole provided us with helpful advice, regarding how to maintain a vegetarian diet. She has provided many delicious recipes that we love!

I researched vegan friendly Registered Dietitians and I found Nicole Osinga. I immediately connected with her philosophy and felt that we had a similar view on what healthy eating should look like. Nicole taught me about what foods are good sources of nutrients that I was missing. Nicole is  a natural in the kitchen; she loves to cook and has encouraged me to do so. I have been very pleased with Nicole – she is professional, well-educated on current food topics, along with vegetarian diets. She is positive and supportive of her clients concerns and needs. I would highly recommend Nicole Osinga.
