Six Veggie-Packed SMoothie Recipes

Can you believe that only around 10% of people meet their veggies goals for the day? Crazy! What better way to get those veggies in, then a breakfast smoothie?

Today I’m showing you how to put together some of my favourite, delicious, veggie-packed smoothies!

I know life can get crazy busy— especially in the morning. That’s why I think smoothie jars can be a great solution for those on the go!

You can blend your smoothie the night before and store it in your fridge (up to 2 days). Use an airtight lid to limit oxidation and keep it as fresh as possible. When ready to drink, give it a good shake before you open.

Alternatively, you can blend your smoothie the morning of, and just meal prep all of the inputs in mason jars. That’s easy too!

Tropical Green Smoothie

Servings 0

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Cauliflower
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Plant-Based Milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Creamy Blueberry

  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberry
  • 1 Cup Frozen Cauliflower
  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt Coconut or Greek
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Water
