Cold Weather Eats: Baked Oatmeal

baked oatmealAnother easy dish to make in advance, that will feed you for numerous meals/snacks! Very simple to put together as well. Nothing beats a warm, hearty breakfast on a cold winters morning!

Ingredients (Makes 8 Servings)
Dry ingredients:

Wet ingredients:

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray nonstick spray on a 8×8 baking dish (or equivalent).
  2. Mix dry ingredients and then mix in wet ingredients. Spoon into pan and cover with foil.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, remove foil, and bake for another 25 minutes until golden brown
