Pumpkin Protein Bar

- 3/4 cup Pureed Pumpkin
- 3/4 cup Almond Butter
- 1.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1.5 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 oz Dark Chocolate
Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add your pumpkin puree and almond butterand mix well until combined and smooth. Add protein powder, pumpkin spiceand mix well to combine.
Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up some. Cut into 6 equal-sized bars and enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to a week in a tightly sealed container.
