Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt greek or plant-based
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all of the ingredients, except for the apples and lemon juice. Divide into jars.
  • Combine the chopped apple with lemon juice in a bowl. Add on top of oatmeal. Keep in the fridge for at least four hours before consuming.
