Do you find that you have no time to prepare breakfast in the morning? Or do you end up having a quick breakfast that isn’t truly filling? Well this post is for you! I’ve put together three high protein breakfast options (with ingredients from Costco) that you can meal prep on the weekend and bring with you as you’re running out of the door in the morning!
These options all have 20 g of protein, but don’t use protein powders! The protein comes from the edamame, tofu, tvp and chickpea flour. Which one are you trying first?
Also a note about assembly – keep the edamame toast ingredients separate and assemble before eating.
