  • Date of Visit: 16/07/2017 I started seeing Nicole due to mine and my families recent Celiac diagnosis. The diagnosis itself is overwhelming, but when three of you are diagnosed, I knew I would not be able to do this alone. I was basically malnourished due to the disease and Nicole jumped right in to set us up with a meal plan so we would be getting the nutrients we needed in a way that our bodies could start to absorb them. Nicole has been fantastic. She is knowledgeable, and patient. She has the compassion to understand that everyone has there likes and dislikes, and goes that extra mile to make sure you are getting the nutrition you need, even the pickiest of eaters. I highly recommend Nicole Osinga.

  • Date of Visit: 02/22/2017 In spite of (because of?) unlimited access to nutrition information I'd become confused about what I should be eating and was in a rut. I'm in excellent health, and I like good-for-you food, but I was pretty unmotivated at the grocery store and in my kitchen. Based on the reco of a trusted friend, I approached Nicole with some very specific goals and lots of questions. We efficiently established that I am knowledgeable and motivated, but needed expert direction. Nicole was fantastic at providing clear goals and guidelines so I could relearn what good eating looks like. I relearned portion sizes and got back into hassle-free, healthy eating, losing 8 pounds in 8 weeks and improving my visceral fat rating. (Ask about visceral fat!) I believe that Nicole is an expert dietitian and that she would be really effective with a range of clients. She is well-equipped to "meet you where you are" in terms of your knowledge and interest
