I’ve come to accept that (for the most part) ain’t nobody got time to make eggs in the morning. What other high protein breakfast options are there? Greek yogurt…this is great but it can get old. Okay…chia seed pudding? Also great but unless it’s smothered in nuts, it’s not really too high in protein. Eggs? Oh wait, we’re too busy for eggs.

How about…muffins? YES
(small victory dance)

Check out my delicious high protein muffin recipe below – great for breakfast, post workout and a mid-day snack! Each muffin only has 5 g of sugar too 🙂

  1. Hi Nicole, I just made these muffins and they are very tasty.
Are they supposed to be wet in the centre, I find they fall apart trying to remove the paper liner.

I had them calculated on weight watchers smart points and they are 2 Smart points each which makes them a great treat from Tim Horton’s
