Overnight chia puddings offer a hearty breakfast with optimal convenience. Try this delicious chocolate version! Chia seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and calcium – this recipe offers a total of 507 mg of calcium, which is 50% of your daily value if you are a female or male between the ages of 19 and 50.
